Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
